Hello all,

I currently own the 2011-2012 Shoguns in the 182 size with the recommended mount point. I've traditionally been a charging skier, and for this purpose the shoguns have absolutely exceptional. However, lately I've been trying to move towards more playful tree and mogul skiing, and here I've felt that the skis are a little sluggish. I also feel that visually, the tails seem a little short, though that could be me just imagining things.

The question I'm wondering is, will moving the bindings 2 or 3 mm forward help make the skis more playful and smeary, or will the longer tail cause even more problems for me? Am I an idiot for even asking this?

Thanks!
