Cochise boots and Radical toe piece problem...

The boot I'm running is last years tecnica Cochise, with last years Dynafit TLT FT Radical Bindings mounted on K2 Coombacks. This setup has 5 days on it and one of my toe pieces, keeps pre-releasing. I have replaced the toe piece and yet the problem continues. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I have read elsewhere that the boot might be too wide for the bindings.

TGR has a lot of real world info on that.

When does it release when you are skinning or when you are skiing down?

1.) Get the 12/13 AT sole blocks from Tecnica (they improved the tech interface).

2.) Make sure you lock out the Dynafit toe lever.
