Do your kids like skiing powder??? My 10 year old does not (he races, but hasn't really learned to love less predictable floaty surfaces)...most kids seems willing to ski it, but few really love it
But Check out this video-11 year old twin boys skiing a powder day at Niseko (note to self, every vid of this place makes me want to hop a long flight to Japan this winter):
Pretty slick skiing, huh?
How do you get a racer kid who loves hard snow (and occasional bumps and trees, but not if powder-filled) to rip powder like these kids? Do you have big skis for the kids? For a kid who is a stocky 56 inches, how long/ wide of a ski can they handle? I was thinking a 90mm (give or take) Twin in a 150ish length for soft snow.
