Will 90mm Griffon Bindings fit 94 mm skis?

Thread Starter

Just bought Kastle FX 94s.  My local shop suggested Griffons with 110mm brakes but I'm concerned the extra 8 mm on each side could potentially drag in the snow or be awkward when carrying them.

Does  anyone have experience with this binding on a 94-ish ski?  Will they fit?  Do I have to bend them, and how hard is that?  And how bothersome is an extra 16mm of brake width, if I do end up with the 110s?

Thanks!

what shop recommended that!    No, go 90 and just bend them out.for 2mm on each side, you can simply splay them out. very easy. I have put 110's on a 123 and that was no big deal either.

The 90mm brakes will fit better.

4mm is nothing. I had 110 griffons on my 117mm S7's with minimal effort expanding my brakes. Defiantly go with 90mm brakes.
