I'm glad I put off buying my full season pass till this month, (grad school and new job took presidence). Times are still a bit tough in Northern Nevada and in response, the Mt. Rose has lowered the price of their full season adult pass from $377.00 to $299.00 for the month of September. Price goes up after Sunday the 30th.

This is really one of the best deals in the industry given all the mountain has to offer. Lady luck of winter sheds her bounty on the slopes nearly every year, (OK last year was really late, but it happened)!

Final thought, if you bought your Mega-resort combo pass already, add this one, and in just five days you cover the daily ticket price (historical pricing), adding some of Tahoe's best terrian, especially when the storms are warm and the 8,200 base elevation keeps all the moisture white!  Cheers and see you on the slopes this season, WZ!

$199 in Sept if don't want to ski at Mt. Rose holidays or weekends.

Best deal in Tahoe. And even last season when the snow gods were not too kind till the end of February we were still skiing from mid december thanks to the best snow making crew around

Should also add that for any aspiring masters racers the training program is terrific value @ 399. And we have been working closely with the mountain since the end of last season to make it even better this year. There is a great group of masters racers there so if you have always wanted to try it come along and join us. We also offer daily drop in opportunities.

Wow, this has me thinking about how to get back out to Tahoe again.  I absolutely loved the 2 days I had on Mt. Rose last season and there was a lot more of the mountain that I didn't even get to ski.

The restricted pass is only closed for weekends between dec 22 and march 10. We typically run till end of April so this is still a deal worth considering. Almost a no brainier for visitors.

Also, the unlimited pass has pretty significant discounts, like 25% off food and even discounts on beer....

The 25% off on meals and beer is a welcome perc. I was happy when they went to that discount last seaason as I would rather wax my skis in the morning instead of making a cold lunch, to "Try to save money". A hot meal and drink for less than $10.00 is very nice to look forward to every weekend! Can ski season really be only about ten weeks away?
