Anyone dealt with ortovox???

I just tried to order a free-rider 24. They took the payment and said it would be two weeks til it would get here. It's been 3 and calls to their customer service as well as the people who handle their payments have gone unanswered. I'm starting to get a little leery...

Anyone have experience with them and some helpful advice??

Thanks!

Last I dealt with them a few years ago, Ortovox USA was kind of a one person show. Somehow I managed to get the rep's phone number. We had a couple nice conversations and got all sorted out (S1 firmware updates). Have no recollection of how I got it. Or what the number was. But this time of year, lots of folks are on vacation, traveling, etc -- and if the setup is still the same, that might mean delayed responses. So unless you are leaving for NZ or SA in the next few days, maybe just chill until early Sept and ping 'em again?

Yeah it does seem like he's the only guy available. I thought about the vacation thing too, but we ordered it 3 weeks ago, so that worries me. It was for a birthday present, that's why I was hoping I could find a way to hear from them sooner rather than later. It's good to know their customer service does exist though!
