Anyone have experience with them and some helpful advice??
Last I dealt with them a few years ago, Ortovox USA was kind of a one person show. Somehow I managed to get the rep's phone number. We had a couple nice conversations and got all sorted out (S1 firmware updates). Have no recollection of how I got it. Or what the number was. But this time of year, lots of folks are on vacation, traveling, etc -- and if the setup is still the same, that might mean delayed responses. So unless you are leaving for NZ or SA in the next few days, maybe just chill until early Sept and ping 'em again?
