Home gym

I am looking to buy a home gym. Like a lot of people I am busy and would like to get on a strength training routine. I feel that convenience of use is the most important quality that I am looking for and thus I don't want to have to go to a gym. I am looking at the bowflex product as I can use it at home 3 times per week. I plan on augmenting this resistance training with road/ mtn biking, racquet sports and stretching. My question is....does anyone have experience with the bowflex? It seems to be a quick and effective tool for resistance training. Is there anything better on the market?

Thanks in advance for your input.

I heard good and bad things about the Bowflex. The good was that it makes you work the little connective muscles (like using dumbells), the bad was that it's really only good for general conditioning as you can't add a lot of weight or you won't be able to lift the bar. Ever see that infomercial? Watch how much weight that guy really lifts. It's only a couple of the smaller rods.

I've heard very good things about the Total Gym. You might want to look into that.
