Arrived in a cool damp Santiago this morning. Apparently, that means more snow in the mountains. snowfalling.gif

The sun is coming out now though. Hopefully the road will open tomorrow when we're scheduled to head up.

Nice.  So glad you got the goods.

If you see Robin Barnes, wish her a happy birthday!

When you see Robin, ask her if Mike and Evie Costello are still there -- make sure that you get some turns in with all 3! (and say hi for me!)

Bit of a flat light day today, so not many pictures. Cruised around for most of the morning, then N and I joined a group that chased around Chris Davenport for a few runs. Also finally had a chance to say hi to Michael and Robin. Supposedly more snow coming next 2 days.

I'm betting if we see a close up of your kids' faces we'll see huge grins!

Dad of the year!

Want to adopt a kid at heart?

Great way to spend a week in August.

Storm rolled in today. It's been snowing on and off since lunchtime. Early today we watched some of the Austrian men's WC team (plus Tina Maze) who are here training this week. Skied by myself most of the afternoon in some nice soft snow.

Only had a few inches from the storm but it was still really nice. M referred to it as powder-dise. smile.gif Sun poked out around lunchtime, but low viz and cold winds sent the rest of the family in early. I joined up with the 'Ambassadors' group again led by Chris Davenport and Robin Barnes and ended up skiing laps with Robin till the lifts closed.

Beautiful day for our last full day here. Windblown led to fresh tracks all over. Revisited my favorite spots and got to a few more I had missed so far. Hoping to get a few runs in tomorrow before we leave after lunch.

Scott,

Great to see your trip is living up to the dream conditions. You da man, as you brought snow to Tahoe and now South America.
