Mountain for both Phase I and Phase II
• We anticipate the following financial impact from the Vail Mountain
proposal at maturity (3 years after opening):
• Estimated Incremental Summer Visitation: 350,000
• Estimated Guest Spend: $50 to $60 per visitor
• Estimated incremental summer Mountain Reported EBITDA(1):
$15 million
• Potential upside from higher guest spend, depending upon duration of
stay
• Similar estimates would be likely for Breckenridge and Heavenly with
lesser amounts at our other resorts
