Try it again RossiSmash

I think it was a temporary glitch.

I just tried to upload this pic and it didn't work.  When I tried again, a couple minutes later(before reporting the bug) it worked.  This is the images medium size.

Try closing and reopening your browser. It's working fine for me at the moment.

I've asked someone to take a look at it.  In the mean time, I'm surprised you didn't comment on my photo. biggrin.gif

Worked for me last night and right now:

We will need RS's info regarding his Operating System and Browser to figure out what's going on.

He posted it above.

I wasn't sure what MS 7 HP means. Is that the Home Edition of Windows 7?

The first thing in trouble shooting is to clear the cache in your browser, Rossi, then try again. Sorry for the inconvenience, but it appears to be a problem local to your system.

Yes, MS Windows 7 Home Premium

I have cleared out the cache

Not a big deal. I never post any pictures anyway....  wink.gif

You cleared the cache and tried uploading a photo and failed? Sorry to seem dense, but I will get this question from tech support.

That is correct, the program never loads. The thing just keeps spinning.....and spinning.....

I reported it, Rossi. I'll keep you informed.

A couple more questions, if you don't mind:

He needs to tell me what version of the browser he's using, and what version of Flash he has installed.

I don't use IE anymore, always use Chrome, but tried in IE 9:

First attempt, large picture, the bar went across for uploading, I waited until it was done and hit Submit.  Got an error uploading.

Second attempt. same result.

Picture was 3.5 meg.

Third attempt, smaller picture, .9 meg.

Fourth attempt, using Chrome, trying the large picture again.

Can't upload the larger file.

Sounds like a size issue?

I'm using Safari 6.0

Mac OS X 10.7.4

This is the large photo uploaded with no glitches.

Reported that too, Sib. Thanks!

Just to clarify, I'm talking about NOT the "large" option of the thumbnail, but a large original.  Can't upload the 3.5 meg pic.  I am sure I have done this successfully in the past.  Maybe it's a function of waiting for a different message than "uploading" to appear?  It gets to the end and never says complete.

Hmm this uploaded just fine for me. We were having problems last week, but released a patch to fix it. Let me take a closer look at the PM chain with Nolo and try and see if we can isolate whats going on.

PS. We have a 10mb cap per image, so the size of the image up until there shouldn't matter.

Emphasis on "shouldn't", but clearly did.

Humm, Win 7, I.E.9  checked "large" radio button.  But, I don't have any really large image sizes handy to try.

I don't even get to where I can select a picture from "my computer". So the pic size is not the problem I'm having.

No Flash installed

How can I find the Explorer vesion I am running?

Upper right, the question mark, About Internet Explorer.

No Flash??  When you go to Control Panel, there's no Flash Player????  Does the Activity Feed work?
