Hestra Ski Cross Glove sizing

Hey everyone,

Does anyone who has word the Ski Cross Gloves can tell me if they run large or small? I fit a medium in everything but the Hestra size chart says I should get a 9 (large) but then I've read where they run a little tight. Not sure to get an 8 or 9? Any experienced help would be appreciated.

I have several Hestra gloves and mitts...they tend to run a tad small.  In most gloves I am an "8" but order a "9" from Hestra.  Note: Their tighter fitting leather gloves will stretch a bit with use.

what he said.  order from someone who will at least do free shipping, buy the size you think and then up one.

Besides, gloves are warmer if they're a little big. Gloves that 'fit like a glove' tend not to be as warm since they don't have air space to trap heat. With Hestra, I get the biggest ones they have. I wear around a size 11.

I usually wear a medium glove and a size 9 Hestra fits me best. The fingers are a tad long but if I go with a size 8 then then the glove is too narrow at the base of my hand.

Yep, go up to the 9 with Hestra.  I was in the same dilemma with my Hestra mitts and gloves, their site said 10 and I was thinking 9 for me.  Finally I went with a 10 instead of a 9 on both. Very glad I did.

Ditto as above. I'm a smallish medium. 8 was a bit tight so have a 9 and love them. Also my daughter ordered her usual size and had to return them for larger ones.

Hestra disagrees with this notion...not sure why, but they recommend against going up a size with the idea that they'll be warmer.  I have 3 different styles of Hestra gloves and they are all snug but not tight.  My hands are never cold.
