You are looking for one of the hottest boots in one of the most popular sizes...Be happy that you found a pair. Grab them.
Bringing World Cup caliber ski equipment and service to all skiers - from pro ski racers to everyday all mountain skiers and into the...
doesn't change for 12/13 either so not likely to be at bargain price in many places either
Took the plunge.. paid close to retail.![]()
Got it heat moulded then spent a day on the slopes yesterday.
All in all.. felt quite good.. a bit cold during the morning. Main prob was that my foot arches were in a bit of pain esp. right foot. Do I need a footbed to support the arch or should I wait to 'break-in' the boot a bit more e.g. 2-3 days use.
What is a good all mountain ski to match with this boot? I am about level 6 skiier looking to improve and generally stick to groomers only.
the fact that the fitter did not recommend a footbed for you is a bit of a worry, there are not too many people who can have a good fit and ski to the best without some form of footbed in the boot
if you are unsure about the skills of the fitter then there are two directions
1 find another fitter
or
2 get an off the shelf footbed which will do a better job than not having a footbed
an off the shelf product will not be as intimate to your foot as something which is custom made
