So Lookout Pass just posted a pic on facebook of a bunch of chairlift parts sitting in a pile, and titled it "our new lift, who gets the first ride?"
Anybody know where it's going? I'm excited!

Found the info on their website. Replacing the rope tow in the beginner area. How anti-climactic.
I guess there's a reason they didn't post much information. Just surprised that they posted a tow rope on their Facebook page.
That's smart.
Nubs Nob in Michigan has a rope tow with a single bar,(like a t-bar but only one side) for the snowboarders in the park/half pipe area. Silly me, I can't remember what they called it. It worked well for them so they didn't have to board all the way to the bottom and maneuver the cat track to get back to the park.
