salomon twenty twelves vs. Rossignol Scimitars

I am around 5'6-1/2" and 145lbs. I have been skiing for over 13 years and as of right now i am turning 18. Specifically, I am a skier who likes to do it all, because i ski in the east coast I was wondering which ski would be better. I like to occasionally go into the park, however, i also like to go off-piste and fly down groomers. I really need more input on these skis.

P.S- I realize the salomon 2012 has a waist of 91mm is that bad for powder, because it is only the east coast, will it hold up good.

salomon-lighter waist of 91, double rocker-classified as an all-mountain ski.

and the rossignol-is heavier but i here it is good in powder, full rocker

Which one is better for me as I ski in the east coast, and which is all around better?

thanks

Neither is great for EC, but I'll take the Rossi if I ski New England, none of above south of that.
