Interesting bit of ski business news this week. Black Diamond is purchasing Swedish helmet company POC.

Good news. Looks like BD is being serious about becoming a real ski company. BD makes very good product, not always the best but always good. POC makes probably the best helmet on the market, so BD got themselves a strong brand.

I scored one of their bike helmets. I am really impressed with it. I would get one of their Ski helmets but there's no way to affix the goggle strap to the helmet.   thanks for the info.

A number of POC designs have goggle loops although the racing helmets dont... I think they have an accessory clip for those...

Love my POC helmet, best fitting most comfortable that I have had. The goggle retention clip leave a little to be desired though. It is a shame that the same quality that went into the helmet was ignored in the clip.
