Jack Pot Ski Racing

Anyone ever heard of this type of racing or do you think it would work? Like barrel racing. Anyone can enter,lay down your cash,sign a wavier and have the fast time for a jack pot.

sandbaggers, ringers, shills, hustlers, the last minute ski switch, $50 wax jobs, 4* edge bevels, race suits under baggy clothes......people that can ski.....you're gonna' lose your dough rey mi.

 

they had an un-sanctioned full-mountain race at Squaw and the winner had to out-race the sheriff into the parking lot before he could pick up his prize skis.  so the story goes....
