Damn impressive. Camerman clearly not used to such height and distance on a jump, he barely keeps him in frame.

I'd love to see this in a good print transfer.

Could be O'neill neoprene ski pants (blue ones at about :56).  Sideburns at 1:14

Here's what it looks like with three twists.. IMO the pinnacle of old school freestyle skiing was 1982-83 ish.  After this the aerialists were more and more gymnasts that didn't actually ski other events or ski at all.  Slopestyle and big air seems to be headed back in the right direction though.  They just need to add bumps to X-Games and it will be the steez again.

I thought i saw some Nordica banana boots in the vid. I use to sell them in the early 70's. And Steve may have been wearing Jet Sticks as the back of his boots seem to go very high up the calf.
