Thoughts on Dynastar Team Pro Junior Multievent skis for J5 boy?

My 9 year old son is starting "real" racing next season.  He participated in an "Alpine Training Team" last season and became a very skilled and confident all mountain skier.  He raced in a couple of GS events with the local racing team and LOVED it.  So, now we're becoming a ski racing family.  ski.gif

Dynastar Team Pro Junior multievent skis were recommended for him.  Any thoughts?  He's 53" and 69 lbs. very solidly built and an all around athlete (skiing, rock climbing, backpacking, paddle sports, basketball and track).  Unless I hear something vastly different, we'll go with the recommended ski.  I couldn't find any on-line reviews of this one, so I was wondering if anyone here has any thoughts, opinions or experiences.

Thanks!

mtskimom, welcome to the race world.  The Dynastars should be fine  for his first season.   After that just start getting used to writing ever bigger checks when the bug really bites....biggrin.gif

Thanks, ScotSkier!  Sigh.  I have a feeling our checkbook has just begun to open.cool.gif
