Anyone skied these?

(and yes, I am aware of Lou Dawson's review)

I hadn't heard of them.  Has a really interesting look to them.

I'm wondering if they are a lineal descendant of the old Tua Sumo and Crossride.

The on/off "bad wax" base engagement problem Lou Dawson describes isn't really something I would take as unique to this design.

I ski them in 177 with Plum Guides.  I absolutely love them, super playful in powder and in my experience, they perform a lot better on hard snow and at speed than they get credit for.  I've used them from everything from inbounds to variable spring backcountry conditions and they get the job done.

How much do you weigh, if it's not too intrusive?

I'm 5-10 and 165 lbs.
