Tecnica Inferno 70 vs Nordica DOB 60 vs Head Raptor 70 in 19.5 and 20.5 size

I need help with this.

Does anybody knows what is the sole length of the Tecnica Inferno 70 in 19.5 and 20.5? My son has the 18.5 and they will be getting too small next year. He complained that they are too narrow at the toes. When I shell size him the boot seems big enough with about 2.5cm behind the heel. Liner too small? His foot measure 19.5cm now and are about 80mm at the widest part of his forefoot.

 

What are the sole length of Nordica DOB 60 and Head Raptor 70 in 19.5 and 20.5 size? How do they compare to the Tecnica? He has narrow ankle with medium forefoot. He ski aggressively. He's going to be 7.5 year old next season and i guess should be weighting about 52 lbs and 51 inch tall. Light weight for his height. Your expertise is really appreciated.

I dont have either boot in front of me, but USUALLY 10mm per shell size. 

 

so what ever the BSL is right now, in 18.5, that will be +10mm for 19 shell, and +20mm for 20cm shell.

I talked to someone today and he told me that the sole length for the Tecnica and Nordica is 249mm for size 19.5 and 20.5 and that the liner is the main difference. According to the same person, Tecnica and Nordica are the same at least for the kids boot and skis.

 

There are still a few unanwered questions Is there a difference in stiffness, geometry etc between the Technica and head?
