What skis to put a small J3 on next season?

My daughter is 1997 born and will be in her last J3/K2 year next season. At the moment she skis on atomic 144, 165 and 175, slalom, gs and super g skis. At the moment she is 5ft 3/160 cm tall and weights 99 lbs/45 kgs, how small she is for a 1997 is making choosing skis and lengths for next year difficult, her lack of experience doesnt help either. If the FIS regulations hadnt changed she could go on around a 150, 170 and 185 (or similar length) next year and then be on 155, 175 and 195 for first year FIS it would still be a big jump in length for super g but it would be manageable. However due to FIS length regulation changes she will have to ski on 183 GS and 200 super-g first year FIS, this would mean a big jump in length unless she skis on 175 and 195 next year . I think 150, 170 and 185 would already be pushing it next season due to her size  and lack of experience, and i cant see bigger skis working. Her coaches are not being very helpful and dont really seem to know what to do either all they seem sure of is that she needs a soft ski . Any advice on what brand(a soft ski) and what length to put her on would be really appreciated.

At the lengths you're talking about, a major question is whether to go with an adult ski or a junior ski.  I think at least some of them top out their junior line at 170s for GS.  Most of our J3s around 100lbs were on Atomic 151/176/195, and CS80 boots, all in junior flex.  Atomic's junior line is pretty awesome - the kids got the length/radius to ski bigger courses, but had the flex to be able to bend and turn them.  From what I saw, flex is a bigger issue than length for most of the kids.  If they get up to 115 or 120 lbs for next season we'll probably look at moving to the 155/183/201 women's skis to get ready for FIS (men's) the year after that.

I havnt considered an adults ski because of her size and the price of them! Do you think putting a 99lb girl on 151/176/195 would be the best idea though, would she be able to bend them? And would it be better to go with a softer ski make than atomic i ve heard they re the stiffest junior skis ?
