My wife is a PSIA and we are going to ski Beaver Creek, Vail, and maybe Aspen later this month. Any tips on discounts?
At Aspen Snowmass I just show my PSIA card at the ticket window.
You could call or email to get the exact price, ie how much discount.
Prices there drop after April 7th for late season,
PSIA discounts typically are for PSIA members (not including family). My personal opinion is that it is more professional to not publish the specific discounts on a public forum. Most of the larger Western resorts will provide a discount at the ticket window to anyone displaying a current membership card. Most Eastern resorts and smaller Western resorts require either a letter of introduction, employee pass or a pay stub proving current employment. Many times, going to the ski school desk gets better results than the ticket window.
I know for the psia east you can go to their website and check which resorts have discounted tickets. There --> http://www.psia-e.org/ms/ssdir/
However, it doesn't list all resort discounts. Some of the resorts don't say anything when it comes to discount tickets even though I know they give discounted tickets (because I have been there).
Not sure if any other division has this stuff on their website though.
