You might as well go to the best source. http://alpine.usskiteam.com/alpine/education-shop

VS,

It depends on what you are looking to get out of DVD. If you are looking for drills that will improve your skiing and therefore improve yourracing, then the USSA DVD is a very good choice. I would suggest getting Alpine Ski Fundamentals ll as it contains a lot of the material covered in Fundamentals l. If you are new to racing and want to learn more about the entire racing experience, such as starts, tactics, suits, different disciplines and a whole host of other subjects related to racing, I would recommend getting Introduction to Racing by Rick Schnellmann. It is aimed at the entry level racer and covers the topic pretty well. Rick is a supporter here at Epic and you can get the DVD at yourskicoach.com. Good Luck!

I hope these are better than the "Competitive Core Training" fitness DVD (with Ligety on the cover).  For the money I paid for that, I was disappointed with that DVD.

Rick Schnellmann's Intro to Racing will not disappoint. The core elements are addressed. I have it and have viewed it several times.
