A friend who was hit and her skis broken wants to try and get out one time this year. She would like to use my wife's Volkl Gamma Allstars with Motion LT Gamma Bindings. Using the length fine tuning screw gets me close but the screw head is still recessed .5 to 1 mm so there just slightly too much forward pressure. There is a locking screw on the binding side but when I unlock this I still can't get the binding off the rails to move the toe piece. Is there another step to slide the binding off the rails? Or are the bindings just being sticky and need a judicious rubber hammer tap? A search showed the toe piece just gets moved like on the Railflex 2s which I've adjusted many times. Is the screw recessed .5 to 1mm close enough to being flush ok?
Thanks for any info.
