I am looking at buying the 155cm Dynastar omeglass WC SL ski to replace my 2008 Dynastar Comp SL skis which are showing their age but my boot sole length is only 260mm. From the product information online: http://racingusa.dynastar.com/doc/1112DL/Full_Race_Bible_Dynastar_Lange.pdf
the plate which has predrilled holes for the binding only seems to allow for a minimum boot sole length of 264mm. Is this correct? Is 4mm likely to be a problem as far as the binding holding and releasing correctly (I am guessing this will be a problem)? Is there any way the plate or binding could be made to work with a 260mm boot?
Not sure if anyone can help but any help would be appreciated.
