Shuttling, not really... hiking, depends how far you want to hike. Just drove over the pass today, cabin run has enough snow to ski (it's the gully you can shuttle with out any hiking), but can't speak to what it will look like in a week and the snow looked pretty rotten. Picked up a hitchhiker that had just boarded down it and didn't sound like the snow was worth it. It looked pretty crappy and no way would I travel far with skis to shuttle it (it's really short and lame). The bowl skiers left of cabin run had okay coverage, but the run out looked dicey. If you want a short, safe hike, you're probably better off just hiking A-basin or Loveland ski area... honestly coverage at the ski areas didn't look that horrible. I've skied there when they've been open with much less snow, so I can only imagine that low skier levels are a big factor in them closing this weekend.
