Well some people have a different description of the same pain.  Excruciating pain can be holding you foot in the fire until there's nothing left of it to one person, but it can be a tight fitting boot to another.

Your shell size is 310, that's all you need to know. When correlated to boots from a more recent decade, that would fall in between a current 26 (~~305) and 27 (~~315)

 

Your liner size is largely irrelevant but the "8" most likely refers to a UK 8 which most properly translates to a 27 (again..........from this decade/century)

I know. But when it's about 95mm, I was talking about WC Pro 130, which are 95mm. Normal, non-pro WC version is 98mm.
PS: I heard about this sizing going up by one number and not by half. Never bothered to check how they really are lately :)

303 mm BSL .... that is a US 8/26.  Just see Jim's post above.
