I went last year with my ski instructor and buddy.  It was fantastic!  It's mainly low angle stuff, but it was soft and good.  We had a great group of well matched expert skiers and tied the record for the most runs in a day.

One good thing about the cat is they don't go when the conditions are not up to their standards.  Highly recommended.

Powder Tours is a good cat operation, run by a very nice guy.  He only goes if its good. Mostly moderate angle, but very good powder skiing.

They have three cat's and you might be able to have your pick of days next week?

Aspen Expeditions is a guide service run by some very knowledgeable people.   Aspen, Highland and Snowmass all have side country, that is much steeper than what Powder Tours would access.  But this year the snowpack is so sketchy, I don't know how steep they'll go?

You wouldn't get nearly as much skiing, but you would learn a lot more!

The skiing is really good, you will have fun with either or you could do both?

Too bad your not getting in a day earlier.   Dav's doing a three day camp, starting on the 26Th.
