tuning girlfriends skis

im going skiing with my gf, this coming weekend, she needs her skis tuning, she has some beginner atomics she can do the skiddy parallel turns, european blue maybe not so demanding red run type skier, what edges shall i give her?

sharp ones.  1 and 1. Detune tips and tails. Keep it simple.

Personally, I always use a 3 side edge on my skis and on my wife's skis.  Never quite seen the point of going to less. ( I do have a 4 degree for East Coast slalom skis tho...).  Don't normally touch the bases, I like a 0.5 on my skis if they are being ground, but in most cases 1 degree base is a pretty safe bet
