Looking for my next pair of epic skis (replacing X-screams)

Hello

So I'm a western skier (Fernie, Sunshine, Lake Louise).  I am 5"10 180 pounds and 31 years old.  I am an expert skier.  I ski a lot of off-piste steeps, thick glade skiing, and I enjoy moguls as well however when I am out with my family I am usually on groomers.  I also like to rip at decently high speeds a(standing up will slow me down significantly on a groomer) and I also love solid carving.  I guess I am old school as I never go in terrain parks but have skied over a number of cliffs in my life.

I have been out of the ski market and am looking for some suggestions for demos.  I am currently on 186 Saloman X-Screams (circa 1999).  They have been a fabulous ski but they are now over 200 days and starting to show.  At the time they were the ideal ski and in many ways still are in that they could do it all (yes they have no float in powder but nothing really did at that point).

So far I am thinking of demoing:

Saloman BBR 8.9s (what is the speed limit on these?)

Saloman Enduro's (are they going to be quick enough turners)

Rossi Experience 88s (maybe a cross between the 2 above skis)

So I guess what I am asking is what would best to replace my X-screams?

Kastle MX88 or 98, Rossi E98 or 88 ( the 98 is a much 'bigger' ski. Try the 172 if it's available for demo, then the 180), and the Blizzard Magnum series (8.7, 8.5, etc... ) of skis. All of them will be a revelation after the X-screams.
