How do I remove toepiece of Marker MRR binding?

I am trying to remount my Marker MRR bindings, but am a little embarassed to admit that I can't figure out how to remove the toepiece.  I am qualified to do the job once I figure out the secret to removing the toepieces.  I am enclosing a picture.  Appreciate any help on how to get at the screws.  Thanks much.

There are no screws, the toe is held on with seaweed & snot. wink.gif

 

Actually, remove the black cover with the R, there are two screws under that. The third screw is hidden, slide the toe back, then the toe will come off.

  How informative  Eco friendly and light weight. Tried them on a Ritz?
