I have been having issues with plantar fasciitis since last year. It started bothering me during my golf season. I have tried various things and it has improved, but it is still lingering. I can feel it when I ski, but it doesn't seem to impact me. That said, I think subconsciously, I am less willing to a edge aggressively on my left ski.
Anyway, I am looking for suggestions to continue healing. It has improved. I don't limp too badly in the morning now, but I would prefer that my plantar fasciitis just be a distant memory.
