Snowmobiling and back country skiing

So I went back country skiing with a snowmobile for the first time this weekend. I have to say it was a blast and getting towed was a ton of fun a lot like water skiing. That being said the number of snowmobiles around kind of annoyed me, especially the supped up ones to make them louder. Kinda gave me mixed feelings about.

What do you guys think about it? Kind of ruins the serene wilderness feeling but at the  same time you get in tons more skiing.

Haha I'm not sure I trust the snowmobile to go out to far. It's a hand down my friend just acquired. we did manage to move 5 people at a time with it thou.

Get two Mt. sleds, that aren't POS, with team of 4-6 good skiers.  I still usually ski dukes and carry skins, just in case and you might want a full face.

Pulling two many behind an old trail sled is just asking for trouble.

Yeah we probably won't pull that many again. We would get some decent sleds only thing is we are all seniors and pretty much all of us have been given bases no near skiing. So no incentive to get a sled for only a few more months.
