Eliminator Tongue help...

I just installed eliminator tongues in my boots.

 

OK, the only real concern worth having a thread about is the fact that the velcro attachments are worthless... they do nothing... so basically am I going to have to just leave them loose in boots and then position when putting on boots, or is there some way to securely fasten these things to the liner's tongue?

Vitamin, give them time to receive a little warmth from your use...and the adhesive, although it should not be a necessity that they stick to perform their purpose, ...will stick to the foam.  Need to give them a half-dozen days or so....in my experience.  The thing that should be keeping them snug is the pressure from tongue to shin with BoosterStrap or stock Velcro-Strap used.  If distance is so great to cause looseness = goto shop and buy a smaller shell size(or two).

I just slip the Eliminators between my shin & boot tongue before I crank my boots down. I do find that Booster straps w/ the beefy elastic keep the tops of the shells nice & tight so the Eliminators don't move around at all (and I've got skinny chicken legs). 

...And I completely LOVE my Full Tilt boots for their progressive flex pattern. Shin bang is now a thing of the past.

Usually they are sewn into place or just positioned each day when you put the boot on.

I wrapped a strip of duct tape around the ELiminator Tongue and the boot tongue and it stayed in place
