I found one in the neighbor's trash, in perfect condition. Yellow with black stripes. If it would only snow, we'd try to use it!

Not for sale though, this is a prized trash pick!

I used to have one as a kid, I had the yellow one and brown wood-tone one. I remember buying them at garage sales. I would ride it all the time until I went off a jump ( a huge 2' booter :) ) and knocked myself out.  Mom took it away. it was the end of my pro snowboarding career....icon14.gif

I remember riding one in our front yard in CT. We built a luge track for it at a neighbor's one winter. I have one in the garage right now. snurfer.jpg

I forgot how short it was. Then again, it is standing next to a 210cm snowboard.

I bought one on eBay about six or seven years ago.  Think I paid a little over $100 for it.  I keep meaning to try it out but for the time being it's decoration in my ski condo.

I broke my collar bone about the 4th or 5th ride on a snurf board years ago in college.  I was drunk at the time.  Walked over to the ER - after stopping at the dorm for another beer of course; the Dr. on duty was not impressed.  Worst part was waking up the next morning with a hang-over and a broken collar bone.  Ahhh.. the joys of youth.

Lot's of Snurfer and snurf related stuff at Snurfers Journal, http://snurfersjournal.blogspot.com/.

Pics of different snurfers, videos, etc.  Original Snurfers are getting harder to come by for cheap.  You can make one from an old snowboard, add a skeg or whatever your style and conditions allow.  Snurfs Up!  Never Stop!

^^^I was all set to launch my new ANTI SPAM WMD Powers in that up there.  But, it's actually pretty cool information and not very solicitous in nature.  Whodathunk an online Snurfer society LOL!icon14.gif

Ha I like the negotiating that goes on in this forum. I think you should buy for $25, snurfers are worth it!
