Hosed on ebay--Salomon L10 v. Z10

So, I got a great deal on a set of skis off ebay. Let's say their 2010 xwing 8s.  Seller said they came with Salomon z10s.  I got Salomon L10s.  Seller blamed it on a Typo, even though the listing and the seller's actual website shows them as Z10s.  I'm guessing because the seller failed to set the auction price high enough and I got them on the cheap, they decided they could re-coup some of their investment by giving me L10s.  Now they want me to send it all back for a refund or just use the L10s.

I'm and expert on Michigan terrain, but don't always ski hard (beginner/intermediate wife).  I prefer a slightly shorter ski (160) for my height (5'9") and expertise.  Weight 190.   Any gear guys out there have thoughts on the z10 v. L10?   I'm leaving for summit county end of month and really wanted a new set to go out there with. (southwest flight so no fees)

Just realized that the skis are factory seconds.  Anyone know anything about that?

You bought X-wing 8's.  IMHO, that was a mistake.  Send 'em back.

The Z10 and the L10 share the same heel pieces, but the toes pieces are slightly different.  The Z10 toe is beefed up more than the L10.
