We skied this past Tuesday, but after watching this video it amp'd Betsy and I to hammer 2 hours on the road bikes with dry roads, clear skys and 48 F on Wednesday.  Beautiful!

What now?  15 - 18 inches predicted Thursday/Friday for Denver and only a trace in the mountains.

Damn, we can't win with either sport rolleyes.gif

ahh..what the heck...please enjoy:

Nice one DD.       I love how sorted and organized they were at the team meeting, just before they launch into the madhouse.

How much are Eldora and Monarch likely to get?

canTM:

Yes, good catch..."calm before the storm".

I have not really examined the weather system as of yet and not sure how it will slam up to the range and divide.  I have "heard" it is an east side "plains" storm.  Of course the irony is that I've got a surgey (right hand, mechancial & graft) for 8AM Friday morning up at UCH campus...which will put us driving through (as what is predicted) the bad end of it :(

So my initial thought process is I'm out skiing and cycling till mid March and on top of it all, Betsy and I will be driving through an ICE Capades traffic mess of all days getting to pre-op AND including the fact that friends won't enjoy the snow amount where it is most needed icon13.gif

But I'm confident that I'll eventually come to see this all working out fine in the end biggrin.gif

Cheers.

Best of luck on the surgery, Don.  Get on the trainer -- it'll pay dividends when you are released to get on the bike.

Nice, Sammy Sanchez is Dominique's favorite racer.  The wife and I are going to London in April to visit the older daughter going to Oxford and are going to Liege for the weekend to watch these guys race in Liege-Bastogne-Liege.

Enjoy that trip and experience Steve.  Say hi to the Roadrash family for Betsy and me.
