Woah, are you back on meds, shouldn't you be selling skis not buying them? biggrin.gif

:D

Thanks for taking care of me jzmtl! You're right, I must be careful when I pass by a rack of new skis... Have you see the 2014 Mantra? A pure beauty! :drool    But I'm in control... for now and I even went to a demo day! :-)  And yes, I'm selling... I already sold a couple of skis and will put more on the market...

I have found THE ski for me for hardpack in the Speed Course Ti: a solid carver but not so stiff so it is also versatile. I can do bumps, trees and so on with it... I have bought the 183 wich is one notch longer that I was used to and since then, I realized that most of my skis in 175-178 were a notch to short for me...I can feel it now....

So I'm now building my quiver around my speed course ti and I have to find a larger ski that will have more float (the only thing that the speed course don't have)( and without too much rocker) but will still be near the speed course ti in performance ( performance but not too stiff kind of ski) and feel... Right now, I have a tendency to ski on my speed course even in fresh snow because I still prefer it in those conditions to my others larger skis...

Have you been to Tremblant yet? What a nice early begining of season!!!!

Not yet, since it's a pretty far drive for me I'll wait till other people start skiing and find a carpool. If I lived as close as you do though I'll definitely go.

Yep. Quote was from last April. Now question is whether more MX's besides the 98 will have early rise. ;)
