Kid's Binding, Marker 4.5 or 75.?

Thinking of buying my kid a pair of skis with Marker binding system, either 4.5 or 7.5  The 4.5 is rated 25-125lbs.  The 7.5 is rated 53-165 lbs.

Kid--

Age 10.5 years

Weight: 78lbs.

Height: 4' 11"  (59")

Level: 6 (I'd give him a Type II)

Current DIN: 3

I supposed he's within the range of either binding,

I know you want to try to select a binding with a spring such that the setting is about in the middle.  He'd be in the middle of the 4.5 now.  I figure he'd spend two years on the skis.  He might be up to a 4 when he's done with the skis.  Or maybe at most 4.5.  On http://www.dinsetting.com/, if I go one level heavier, one level taller, and up type from II to III, I get 4.5.  That would likely be the absolute max he'd be while he's still on the skis.

It's a system binding so I wouldn't save them for his next skis; I'd sell the skis used when he's done with the bindings.

I imagine he won't outgrow the 4.5 in two years.  I'm just wondering if, it would be worth getting the 7.5 just to be safe.

How long are the skis?

He's on 117cm now but they are short for him now.

I'm thinking the K2 Indy in 136cm; that sounds like a big jump but the Indy is a semi-twin with a bit of rocker.  It I went to the 124cm, they'd probably have less contact length than what he is on now.

For a ski that long, I'd go for the higher range.  It seems like a better fit in terms of resale.  It's just a gut feeling.  There are no wrong answers here.
