I´m going to Colorado (BC and Vail) for 2 ski weeks. I will rent a car at Denver Airport and drive to the mountains. I have coverage for the CDW/LDW. Since third part liability is mandatory in Colorado, (I´ve read all the cars come with that insurance) I´m thinking in not contract the suplement Liability offered by the car rental company. What do you think? Has anyone had troubles with this basic insurance? (i´m not from US, so my car insurance is not valid for this rental).
Another question, I will rent a dodge Charger (2 wheel rear drive). Has anyone had trouble with snow or ice in I-70 driving this type of car? In case of a yes, a 4WD or a 2W front drive would have made difference?
regards and thanks
