Best wind sheltered area in PNW ?

My vacation begins this week and snow is in the forecast as are high winds. I was thinking about bachelor, crystal and the Mt Hood areas but it needs to be fine tuned for the end of next week as it looks breezy. Any suggestions?

I checked Stevens Pass and Mt. Baker forecasts and neither shows predictions of high winds, but the winds should be lowest at Baker.  Go north?

Whatever area has the best below tree line skiing that suits you. Volcano tops probably aren't going to work well.
