Small instep and small heel

I am tired of messing with my boots to eliminate my heel slop and pronation. I have very small instep and a small heel. To make the matter worse my toes are average width. Heel pronation has hunted me when it comes to just about anything I put on my feet. Currently have Lange Banshee 100. First few months I had them they were great. The shaped liner held my feet very well. They were a bit tight in front but  I was happy as long as I didn't have heel slop. After about 20 days on them, I guess the liner packed quite a bit and I ended up with quite a bit of heel slop. Right now I have two insole shims, superfeet red hot insoles instep pad and a plastic heel cup and I still have a heel slop. It's driving me nuts.

I have been in a few ski shops but none of their boot fitters inspired confidence in me. Right now I am looking at either trying intuition dreamliner in my boot or going for new boots. I would like to hear some recommendations for free ride boots that would work with my anatomy.

One of my coworkers recommended me me Sign Of the Skier and I paid them a visit. Their guys are definitely the best I found in Ontario. I liked the fact they ditn't push a new boot as soon as I walked in there. I showed them my Banshees and said length wise they are spot on. I tried the Lange RS 130. They felt quite loose, even brand new. Then they gave me Salomon X3 10. I liked them, more than Lange but I feel I need something with even smaller instep. They ditn't have anything smaller. They said with a bit of work they will work for me, and I don't really doubt it. Still I would like to know if there is anything with a smaller instep out there.
