Catamount vs. Jiminy Peak for Ski School

We live in the NYC area and have 5yo twins. Last year we hit Thunder Ridge about 10 times and the kids took 1 hour lessons (first time for both on skis @ 4yo). They are both comfortable on skis and can snowplow down the bunny slope, do some turns and have been on the lifts and skied w/ instructors down the 'mountain'

While it served its purpose TR is terribly crowded and I'm eager to move on to the 'next' mountain. This year we'll probably head back to TR a few times to get the kids re-acquainted but I'm trying to decide between Jiminy Peak and Catamount for a 1-2 day ski weekend. Both have 'ski schools' for the little ones that run all day (6 hours b/w 9.30-3.30) and include lunch for ~$100/kid. Based strictly on the ski school - is one better than the other? They seem pretty similar in most respects from what I can glean from the websites but any first-hand experience would be welcome! Thank you.

Might take a look at Berkshire East too, they have some strong children's instruction there.

catamount's mountain cats was tremendous where my son learnt, and the mountain has done a yeoman's job of making snow. He is 8 now, started there at 3 1/2 years, now races with catamount team, they really look after kids well at mountain cats, i thought better than anywhere else.

Jiminy lacks a good place to ski for kids who are past "almost flat".  The triple next to the 6 pack unloads in an area of fast skiing and congestion.  Don't know much about the ski school at Catamount, but the director is from Jiminy and he is good.

Jiminy's ski team would be a great experience.
