I'm looking to buy a good balaclava that will protect me from the wind and keep my face warm but not too hot.  Between the following two, which one is better?  Or if you know a better one, feel free to recommend it.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003X0BUXA/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I discovered these two (and they seem almost the same) and the reviews look really good, so let's throw these into the battle:

I have the under armor one, it doesn't vent very well when you breath through it. I defiantly don't recommend it.

So can anyone offer opinions on the other balaclavas?

I would suggest something with a windblocker fleece.  Warm, soft and wind resistance.  Or something with a mouth ventilation.

This is the one i was thinking about purchasing.

Just so you know, it's $10 cheaper on Amazon with free shipping and no tax. http://www.amazon.com/Outdoor-Research-Helmetclava-Balaclava-Black/dp/B002JIKHOA/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1325442600&sr=8-4

But I won't always be wearing a helmet, so I don't need one meant for helmets.

I'm really not sure what to get between the Seirus Innovations Combo TNT Headliner, the Hoodz thing, or the Extreme Hood.  The last two seem the same and I'm not really sure what the difference is...

Outdoor Research has a good lineup.  They have a nice Wind Pro model that is really warm. Also have a Craft w/Windstopper front; it breathes a bit better, but is still great against icy wind.

I've grown a beard the last 5 seasons, best face mask ever....

obviously not for everyone.

I always wear a helmet too, so I don't find a need for a bala much, although i

have 3 different ones.

i prefer the one that is pretty thin, I hate getting hot.
