In my opinion both the blue-coats and patroller acted unprofessionally in different ways. The blue coats set up the operation that embarrassed the resort. I bet there are alot of people who would have pause about vacationing to Snowbasin now, and can just as easily patronize another Utah resort. That loss in business more than offsets the individual's salaries and associated costs of hiring replacements, therefore the sound business principle would be to terminate the employees (since this became a public spectacle). Had it not become public, I'm sure complaints from the two boys wouldn't have resulted in termination .
Also, just reinforcing the point to Bob that I am not singling out the patroller in this incident.
