This summer I replaced my treadmill with a stationary bike. I bike ride in the summer and want to keep up the training during the winter. Yesterday was my first day on the slopes for the season and I could almost immediately tell that my legs were not ready for it. I actually had to pack it in a little early because my inner thighs were hurting. Today when I woke up my legs were very sore. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with using a bike over a treadmill. Any thoughts?
