Kids boot, Tecnica diablo race 70 jr vs Rossi Radical jr 60

Need a childs boot for a 10 year old I2 racer, 55lbs 4' 5", not sure what level she is at, but they were doing Husky snow stars level 4 exercises last weekend, and coach said she was a strong skier.  On a non race (soft) racetiger jr GS in a 120 and have a 130 for later in the season, about 20.5 shell w aprox 1" at heel.

Was on Lange team 7 last year, and flex was ok though child kept overtightening buckles causing cold feet (3 buckle no microadjust).  Fit not bad, but a bit low over instep, which probably was cutting off some blood flow.

Was going with a Rossi Radical Jr 60, as it is the 4 buckle with micro adjust that is the step up from her old boots.  Found out when drying the liners that the rt liner had been formed with the tongue /toebox a 1/2" to one side, which puts more material over the arch, which I suspect will be a problem down the road preasure wise.  Instep buckle is lightly done up, cuff buckles will have to be moved -top is on last notch and she wants it tighter already. (no powerstrap)

Because of the liner issue I was going to exchange the boots for one of the same, but its liner is still off, though better than the original.  Fitter also brought out a Tecnica Diablo race 70, which has a better liner, boot board, and has a powerstrap and moveable cuff buckles. Due to the problem of getting feedback from a 10 year old, what is the volume difference between these shells, and how much stiffer is it (the rossi works but is maybe on the soft side due to lack of power strap and soft upper cuff)

Thanks for any input

very similar overall really....   odds are it is a bigger difference for the parent, then the kid.

Thanks, as I don't want to push her into too stiff a boot, but I don't want the decision to be based on colour either (she likes the rossi colouring). I like the tecnica because it is a real boot, and seems to have a bit more volume over her arch (which had been sort of a problem in her 3 buckle lange team 7), and seems to fit her leg shaft better -she is probably ok on the middle cuff buckle mounting hole.  Tecnica shell is slightly bigger though with a good inch at the heel.  That said the liner is beefier, and I've got space for a footbed.  Sock makes good contact along both sides of her feet -not red but you definately see the sock imprint.

Hoping to contact her coach but that may not happen, so may cross fingers and get it for xmas camp.

Got hold of coach and he felt the fit of the tecnica will be best, flex is ok, and will be warmer better boot.
