I think Skiergirl777 and I are proceeding with our planned Tahoe Trip from the 8th to the 13th, but mainly because for the most part, it's free. We have Tahoe Card tickets and hotel stays to be used.
That entails 4 free nights at Grand Sierra, using our Sugar Bowl Ticket from the Matchstick Premier, our Alpine Meadows ticket from the Tahoe Card, a $10 Diamond Peak Ticket from the Tahoe Card. Somewhere I saw a deal on a $35 ticket at Mt. Rose and through this Airline thing we get $57 at Northstar. I realize that for the most part paying even $57 or even $35 at this point isn't worth it but we really don't have a slot the rest of the season to use them besides right now. And I figure paying that much coupled with the free tickets and hotel stays will make it somewhat worthwhile.
We still have Park Cityish/Snowbird/Alta to look forward to in February. Mammoth in March. And if this Tahoe thing sucks bad enough, then Sun Valley first week of April.
