Pressed on tender point below navicular; pain ever since

Hello,

 

Last night as I was palpating my navicular region in response to some queries about it in another thread, I hit a tender spot below the navicular.  When I pressed hard on this there was some pain, but it has lingered ever since and the foot feels weird.

 

Should this go away, or have I done something terrible?

cut off your foot.   it is done.

 

 

 

 

you should be fine, but ask a Dr or Physio about it

Correct....but don't forget to cauterize the wound. A flamethrower works best for this.

 

Google.............."Homemade Flamethrower"................and you're off and running.

 

Uhhhh..............Welllll......maybe limping.
