This is pretty cool, actually.  Lindsey Vonn @ 1,000 frames per second.  Notice those ever so slight little bits of air during her transitions.

almost all world cupper leave the ground between turns.

 

They are race cars not show cars.

An important thing to remember, slalom is her WORST discipline. Great skiing nevertheless.

Of course.  The amount and height of the air was just more subtle than I even realized seeing it slowed down that much.
